Application/Composition:
Shuttering Oil (Grade 24) are used straight from the drum and no stirring or mixing is required. Shuttering Oil are applied by spraying guns, rollers or by brushes prior to pouring aerated concrete and are recommended for use as a concrete mould release agent with the protection of moulds from rust.

WATER BASED SHUTTERING OIL
This is diluted with water in the ratio 1:5 (1 part Water based shuttering oil & 5 parts water).
This is very economical water based shuttering oil, even cheaper than used/black oil.
This is a blend of hydrocarbons, additives and emulsifiers.
This gives better coverage area due to less viscosity.
